Thanks Tony!
I'm working on the tech. pages so hopefully it will be up before Mikel go's on vaction next week.

Vacation? What's that? I'm going away to work... I'll actually be in Joey's town for the week. ;-)

@ramcharger: that's pretty bizarre. Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, look down in the lower left hand corner. Is there a little yellow icon? If so, double-click on it and see what it says. Post it here.

Does anybody else have issues with the pictures not enlarging when you click on them?

Yes, it's IE 6 ( version 6.0.2900.5512.xpsp.080413-211 if you want to get technical. :) ) It happens on two different machines although Firefox works fine (can see the enlarged pics) on the same machines. Here's a screenshot of the IE problem:

Mikel just sent me a e-mail that bjrracing.com is #1 on google search. So I have to say THANKS to all FABO members as this is where it started.

For certain keywords...

"HPIM Heads"
"Bob LeBrecque"
"BJR Racing Engines"
"BJR Racing Heads"
"BJR Cylinder Heads"

And so on...

It's #5 for "BJR Mopar Heads". #1 and #2 are FABO.

#15 for "Mopar Commando Heads" (right after Shady Dell), which isn't bad considering there's over 33,000 results for that term.
#18 out of 7,230,000 for "Commando Heads".

It takes time to climb to #1. ;-)

I am seeing a clean and well put together site, Looking good Mikel

I gave you my info to just test it,

Sure I'll swap with you, I'll have to have Mikel help me though. The more the better for all of us.

Not to cast stones......but I recently installed Zone Alarm Force Field and it doesn't like BJR's site. Likes FABO and FBBO just fine. No warnings.

What do you mean "it doesn't like it"? Do you get a message? What does it say?

Yeah. I get a banner across the top that says "Unless you trust this site, avoid entering personal information or downloading anything from it."

So far Force Field hasn't popped many warnings. But I'm careful about where I go anyway

No problem,
You PM'd me and I answered what you asked, and tried to explain what you didn't understand, this is all that I can and could do.

Hell yes he's showing good numbers, lol! The best thing about these numbers is the lift that these numbers show up at. Finding a good head guy is a bear around these parts. Everyone knows Chevy heads but nothing else. I'm guessing (because they won't tell me, lol) that they're just using templates. A good head man has the experience born of working with all kinds of heads, port shapes and valve sizes. He can almost see the fuel/air mix and what it will do in almost any circumstance and through the bowl and valve seat area.

BJR has this experience. How do I know this? Because I used to do my own valve jobs and porting on my race bike. 3 class championships, two @ Great Lakes Dragway and one here at Bandimere. How many times did I race this bike in a organized race? Three times. That's 3 for 3. :) BJR knows his stuff and put up with my incesant questions without once sounding irritated, lol! I know I don't have his patience and it is very rare that someone with this talent is also so cordial.

I bugged the crap out of BJR regarding a potential methanol/E85 build on a car I didn't even have at the time, lol! Well, last November on turkey day weekend I found my '72 Duster and who do you think will do my heads? lol! Now I'm still aways away from getting this project started as I need to get the Ramcharger bodywork finished, but BJR will get my cash. Good work cost good money, period. No such thing as a budget port and valve job and just a good valve job can do wonders for flow at low and medium lifts.

BJR has probably spent a solid two or three solid hours with me on PM's and I haven't spent a dime with him yet. That, my friends and fellow a-body owners, is called SERVICE! The only person who has ever done that for me now has an exclusive contract with a Busch series racer and now has a six dyno shop! No Joke. But because of the contract he can't do any outside work. It could ruin his life. I did get a tour though. :)

In conclusion, BJR will get what you need done, but you need to do your part too. It's all about the combination and skill of the builder and one without the other won't get you what you need.

Joe
