Can I use a brake booster on my 73 dodge dart that has front disc brakes and rear drums it’s coming off of a vehicle that had front and rear drums

Yes, along with the mounting brackets, linkage and braces. Use your disc brake master cylinder and combination valve. You'll also need the lines from the master cylinder to the valve (or make new ones) since they're longer than your manual brake lines.
