you could unhook the lines at both ends and blow compressed air through them.

You can get an attachment for a drill that acts like a pump/siphon, undo the line from the rear wheel cyl and use the drill, then maybe do the front???

you can buy a vacuum bleeder, it clips onto the bleeder screw and you draw vacuum on it and the old fluid runs into a container

the low budget way like 805moparkid said is to bleed them til the fluid comes clear, brake fluid is corrosive so don't get it on paint

I bought this from Harbor Freight for around 30 bux. It is one of the best things I have bought yet. It has a vaccuum line that connects to the bleeder valve, and a bottle full of fluid that sits on top of you master cylinder. Just squeeze the handle and suck the old fluid out, while the bottle keeps adding to the master cylinder.

To clean the tubing before switching to silicone fluid, I blow them out, then add alcohol and blow that thru, then let it dry for a few weeks (or a year, lots of projects). If staying with the same fluid, just bleed new fluid thru until clear.
