Broadcast sheet vs VIN#

Test question...should the last 6 digits of the VIN# match the 6 sequence digits on the Broadcast sheet?
My VIN# is 1857185391 vs the broadcast sheet. (see pic) I found my broadcast sheet under the rear seat cushion, passenger side. My car is an "un-molested" 65 Barracuda. If this is not the right build sheet, how did it get inside this car?

Check to see if the shipping order number in the top line of your sheet matches your body numbers & fender tag.

To the best of my knowledge the body numbers on the left side of the radiator support should match the broadcast sheet and the fender tag. The VIN number has nothing to do with those numbers. My comments only apply to 1965 Barracuda's, although other pre-1966 vehicles may be the same.
