Bumpers- buy new or re-chrome mine?

Just found out it is going to cost me $1000.00 to have both of my bumperss re-chromed. I found 2 new ones on e-bay that I can buy for $725.00 to my my front door. I am not sure what the quality of the new are like so I thought i would ask if anyone has done busness with Tamraz parts Discount Warehouse?

I've found that most of the repro parts are not near as good as a well done rechrome of the original parts. I always spend a little more to keep the old parts when possible.
