Krazycuda - what I was attempting to understand "You need to set the balancer to crank shaft TDC..." This makes sense, just wanted a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
So in reality, if you set your cam phase via the crank at 4 degrees advanced, the old mark on the balancer/timing cover would show 4 degrees advanced (if you put all back together without moving anything).
Zero on the balancer/timing mark should equal = TDC correct
