Camshaft ID please

Any ideas of camshaft manufacture and spec? its big block 3 bolt solid lifter rough measurement of .530 lift ..it scribed 285-295 and 108 as well as the other visable numbers

my guess .695" lift @ 285 intake 295 exhaust @ .050 lift and 108 centerline

231144 I am almost 100% certain that's a Crane Cams number. If you can find someone with an old Crane catalog, I bet you'll find it.
