Can anyone identify these hookers ?

Got a set of new hooker headers from a guy ($20) that are supposed to be sb mopar. I cant find any information on them the part number is 42184. The flat part that bolts to the block on the pass side has 5802 stamped on it. Has any one see these ?

There is also what looks like a small tube for a dipstick welded between the exhaust tubes on the pass side.

I dont know how i missed that lol. I was going to try and slap these on my duster but with them being for truck would they fit ? 74 duster/360/727.
