Can anyone Identify this flywheel?

Supposedly came out of a steel crank 340 but looks to have been balanced but isnt in the right spot for a cast crank 340?

Neutral balance fly wheels will have holes (small ones) drilled into them..........that's how they got to be a neutral balance fly wheel.

Much like neutral balance torque converters will have small weights welded on them..... to neutral balance them.

Yes, I would think so, I dont see any issue.
