Can Someone Please Decipher This Fender Tag?

Just curious....why couldn't C24 mean this car was a 1966 and built on December 24, 1965? Perhaps L45 tells the tale.
VIN gives the year
 
The style of fender tag is 65 earlier the 66 is a different design.
The picture in his avatar appears to be a 65 to me.
In other posts he was looking for 65 parts.
Mostly he didn't say I was wrong after the decode.
It was research I guess, process of elimination. =)

And...on a 65 fender tag, the Dart convertible is code L45
on a 66 fender tag, the Dart convertible is code LP27
