Can you use brake cleaner on inside of brake drum?... I going to get a old drum resurfaced tomorrow, but needs a cleaning!

If it is a front drum, it will wash out part of the grease if you get it in the bearings so be careful.

You can use brake cleaner on anything in the brake system. Even brake pads and shoes. It is "self emulsifying". That means it evaporates without a trace. I use it to rebuild master cylinders, calipers, wheel cylinders......literally everything in the brake system. I have even used it to clean the guts of an ABS ECM, because it is the same as electrical parts cleaner. It works good for all kinda stuff.
