Yesterday , I drove my 440 six pack equipped fastback 383-s barracuda to a car show that is around 25 miles away. Going there and back, the car is surging and just doesn't sound that great. I park it in the driveway for about 15 minutes, and then try to fire it up to put it back in the garage. It won't start, cranks over great but you can tell it is not going to fire. Gas is in the tank and the fuel is squirting out when you hit the throttle. Gave up yesterday and went out today to check for spark and it fires up on the first crank.

I am wondering if the orange mopar performance ignition module is going out.

Any other ideas?

may need a fuel pressure regulator my 340 6 bbl would do the same thing I have mine set at 4 psi otherwise it would just flood the needle and seat just wouldn't stop the fuel after it got hot

The thought had crossed my mind that one of the carbs was flooding out. I hear ethanol is hard on rubber components. Maybe it damaged the needle and seat assembly.
