Carb adapter

I have a 750 cfm spread bore carb from an 87 Dodge pick up. I rebuilt this carb last year and used it on my Corvette while I reconditioned the original carb. This carb performed real well on my 350/300 sbc for the 2 months it was on the Vette. Has anyone used an adapter to use a spread bore on their square bore intake. I don't plan on replacing my original Carter but a $30 adapter would make it possible to use my spare if needed.

Your location says NE Ohio. I'm in NW PA. how far are you from Erie? Maybe you are close enough for me to come and get it.

I am going to wait until I get some information on how well these adapters work. I have seen some reports on other forums that they are not worth the effort.
