carb selection 512 Stroker?

I have a 400 stroked to 512. Aluminum heads. 9.5:1 compression. Currently has a 750 Holley on it. Was looking for a little more horse power without over carbing the motor. Would a Holly hp 950 be a good choice? Dominator? Also what adapters are needed? Any suggestions would be appreciated. my eyes are burning from looking at carbs on jegs. Thanks!
