I had this AVS (List #HO 4966S) on a 360 years ago and it ran well. I would say that it will need a kit, it's been in storage for a decade. The idle speed adjuster screw got broken at some point so someone rigged up this bracket that bolted under the carb screw. Ugly but it works. $75 plus shipping to you.
I pulled the AVS to mount this 650 Double Pumper Holley with electric choke (List 4777-4 1792). It must have worked great, because I managed to float and bend the valves on my Magnum swap (stock valvesprings) on the second or third time I drove it. It's been in storage for 5+ years and likely need a kit. $175 plus shipping to you.
