Original Carter Competition Series 1,000 cfm 4847SA for sale. Aslo included is a hard to find Strip kit and a correct Carter rebuild kit
The carb is in good condition and is complete including the choke assembly(often missing)and the choke tension spring and linkage. Model number is 4847SA, and this is the more desirable screw-in jet model. The top casing number is also correct, 6-2012 as is the bowl with the over-sized primary id's.
The strip/tuning kit #105 is complete and even has the jetting chart and over-sized needle & seats.
I am including an original Carter Comp rebuild kit, the only kit that will correctly fit properly. It includes the new air door spring, gaskets, pump/cover/trans tube and even a new check valve and a new pull-off linkage and full instructions.
A very hard to find items, priced at $400 shipped in the lower 48 states.
