I fiound a 95 Grand Cherokee in my local U-pull it. A couple questions if you can help me out.

1. I understand they have either a Dana 35 or Dana 44 in them, and that both are good to go for the 8.25 swap, a bolt on mission, correct?

2. Will I need to pull the Jeep's rear end cover and remove the axles to get the caliper brackets off? If not, that sure will make life easier.

thanks guys...

I believe you'll have to pull the cover to remove the c clips. I'm in the process of installing GC rear discs to a 74 A Body 8.25. Other than enlarging the axle hole in the caliper adapter/dust shield, it's a pretty much bolt-on.
