Codes to ID rear axle

Looking to find 8.75 rear axle for a-body at Reitz auction in SD. From fender tag with a trans code of D32 for HD Auto and H code engine, would that have a 8.75 axle in 1970-72. I am trying to decide if worth the trip to actually look in person. Thanks for advice.

Yes, definitely would have 8 3/4 rear......Sure Grip is no definite though...Good Luck
