Console Tach location

Is there a diagram or template to show the proper location to drill any necessary holes for a factory console tach on a 68 Dart GTS?
Also, would the FACTORY console clear the FACTORY underdash A/C vent assembly? The vents are very narrow.

That link was helpful... gives me a reference point...I have the tach and the mounting base...
