Cost to cut housing and spline axles?

Anyone have any recent cost experiences on how much it costs to cut down an housing and respline axles?

It will be a (gasp) 9" Ford, in case that makes a difference, as I presume there is more comfort and familiarity with this housing versus 8 3/4.
