If i turn it to the left the wiper goes superfast.
1st to right slow
2e to the right i Think it is faster the longer to the right.
Dont really have a turn of Point.
Any know the correct setting?

Anyone can explain the positions for the knob.

You have the wrong switch.
1967 Variable speed motor with a later 3 speed switch

if i have a variable speedmotor.
Howe should the switch be if we began from left to right.
1st= zero wiping
2e= slow speed
3e= long variable

??????

There would be no clicks..just a smooth sweep from left to right.
Far left off, far right highest speed

update.
The switch is as follows:
from left 1 klick and then a long long to the right.
All the colors match the electrical scheme.

The wipermotor is missing 1 color.
instead of red green Brown and blue there
is red green and Brown.
I pulled the socket out from the wall and there is 4 metalclips in there
but only 3 in the wipermotor socket.
What Now.

Time to find the factory service manual. Read about the various wiper motor and switch options, find what you have, and what it takes to get things correct. They have test procedures too.
