Hi.
Why is there a zipper on the rear window.
Should i remove the window first Before
i move the top down.
When its in down position the cover will have a lite bump.
Is that normal. Seems that the cab rests on the inner wheelwell
so it cant go any lower.

The rear curtain (window) unzip for ventilation. Some cars with glass rear curtains need to be unzipped to put the top down, but that is not the case with Mopars.

No reason to unzip the window of a 67 Dart convertible. Mine has factory glass and have never dropped the glass
