Dash paint

So my friend is restoring a 68 Charger and asked me if i knew what kind of paint was used on the dash of his Charger..he said it is "grainy" any of you know what he is talking about cause i dont lol..Thx Brad.

Its just a suede finish. Some cars look more textured then others. TCP global can mix it for you in Lacquer still. SEM trim black is a real close match also.

Also, if he mixes the paint a LITTLE on the thick side, open's the fan up, and keeps the gun 18" away from the dash, it will add to the suede look. I did my Swinger 340 car like this with the SEM Trim Black & it came out perfect.
