Dash vent Tach mount

A while back I saw in mopar collectors guide in the new stuff section a tach mounting bracket that somehow attached via the defroster vent therefore not ruining the dash pad anybody have a line on who makes this? I shoulda never gave away my mags!!! Doh!
 
Bill at " thecarfarm" used to make tach mounts that don't damage to dash pad, but it looks as though his site is down. I don't know if anyone here has some info on him or not. I also think he was a member here at one time.

A couple of members here have made brackets that hook under the dash pad without damaging them.
