Dialing in my 318

I just bought a rebuilt 1969 318 motor that has about 1500 miles on it, seller upgraded to a big block. I have the motor in and running but looking for some help dialing this in. Can someone recommend a shop or an experienced mopar mechanic in the Northern Illinois or Chicago area that has experience on small block mopars? Let me know, thanks.

why would you not want to do this yourself? if this engine leaves you sitting somewhere arent you going to want to know how to diagnose the problem? ignition +timing + carburetion is the dial in

Find a friend with a timing light. Ask him or her to help you. That's how you learn.

Yeah +1 on the DIY, nut up, working on these cars is 3/4 the fun!

And what do you mean by dialing it in?? the PO should of had it pretty close already.
