Anyone using these in an A-body? Are they all the same width? I believe the Volare rears are fairly close to the right width for an A body and would just need spring pads relocated but not sure on the others.

This would be for a '69 2dr.

Thanks

I asked this awhile back
they are wider
alpar says the track difference is 6"s
so say 2" at least on BOTH sides
need rims with offset
I have to dig my F body rear out,and I will measure and confirm

Wow, that's a bigger difference than I'd thought. I'll be interested to know what the actual dimensions are when you get chance to measure it.

they are almost the same as a '68-'70 b body rear. They will work but they are tight.

This question is always asked in reverse over at dippy.org about 8 3/4's going into F's, M's, and J's. The donor cars are listed as '68-'70 B-bodies, so quite the spread in backing plates between the A's and those listed.
