dist parts list

I was putting my dist back together & when done I noticed 2 very thin black flat plastic appearing spacers? left over. do these go in the dist? My bench is very cluttered. thank you for your time. RR

Chrysler ?
Did you pull the lower shaft out?

Are they the same diameter of the distributor shaft?

chrysler electronic. did not pull lower shaft out. I will check the diameter

No flat washers I can think of on the top of a Chrysler built

Pics sure would be nice. They could be off of the shaft pins where the weights slide on to. Kim

agreed, pics would be the first move. they're wafer thin. RR

They possiblt can be for retaing the oil from driving up the shaft, but the shaft has to come out and there is just one. Think it is 69 and up
