Good thing he stopped him since it looked like he was heading back into the park. Need to lock the little dirtbag up in juvenile detention for a long time. Only bad thing is most insurance companies won't pay to fix your car if you do something like that even though it's the right thing to do.
 
With the screwed up why things happen today, I wouldn't be too surprised if the truck driver ends up with some sort of civil suit against him by the boy's family.
I'm pretty sure there is some low life trial lawyer who is more than willing to take that case.
