Does anyone know the Quick Fuel line of Carburetors?

I noticed they have a "Q" series and a "SS" series, oh and "Professional" series.
They also have some with Vacuum secondary.

Can someone explain these to me, and which would be preferred for my stroker 360?

I have read really good things about these, they just cost a bit more...

I think the SS-830 would work good for you, but i'd call QF & see what they would recommend, this ones not that espensive. 539.00
