I think the easiest way to do it would be a 4X4 driveline shop that can make you a slip yoke driveshaft and end that bolts to the B&T 4 bolt flange. Most 4X4 driveshafts are like this. MP used to make this conversion part as I went looking for one years ago, ended up changing rears, then driveshaft length, then trans, then changing shifters, then....sort of snowballed from there. The MP piece was priced at about $99 back then IIRC. B&T was plenty tough, street hemi tough.

 
I have two 1967 Cuda drive shafts, 904, 8 3/4". Maybe one of them will work, where are you? If they will work you can have them cheap plus shipping.
