Hi!

I have a 91 motor home (454) and I installed one from this company.
http://www.ramairbox.com/

The horse power and torque increased, fuel was more economical, I went from 19mpg to 25mpg.
So I recently installed one on my 383 swinger, the colder the air, the better the performance.

Check out their site!

19mpg TO 25mpg? YOU DID SAY IT WAS A 454 DIDN'T YOU. I DIDN'T THINK YOU COULD PUSH A 454 OFF A CLIFF & GET ANY BETTER THAN 10mpg.

Did I mention that the 454 was pulling a trailer with a MOPAR attached!

I'm not a fan of GM,
If you want to get good gas mileage with any motor home, the trick is to run with less load possible
IE. no fresh water, buy all your grocery's from your place of destine and so on.
Most people load them up and get rolling, then bigger the load, the more fuel you'll burn.

oh! did I forget to mention to leave the Mother in law at home..LOL......

I would assume that the Duster would pretty much be a similar install as on my '68 Dart...

The inlet Scoops are mounted with two sheetmetal screws each on the Radiator support..
