Duster, Is it good deal?

Alright, the guy said the body and frame is solid. Some surface rust here and there. I'm not all that concerned about the carpet or door panels and other minor stuff, that can be changed. Mostly worried about body/frame and engine. The ugly primer looking paint does concern me, but what's underneath is most important I believe. Most of your posts are to run away from it, could be right!

Thanks for all the advice guys, I really appreciate it! Think I'll just hold off, hold out for something better....
