When do you guys find it necessary to start tuning with the emulsion jets(air bleeds?)? I've really learned a lot with the other aspects of the carb, just curious. Or should I leave well enough alone?

I'd leave well enough alone unless you have a wideband O2 sensor like this: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lm1.php If you do start changing stuff, don't forget to log you're starting point and each change or you'll be chasing your tail. Don't forget, one change at time too.
