having a problem looking up slant parts, needed std. rod bearing for 1973 cast crank and pick up tube for a 73 /6 duster, the book only shows bearings for a forged crank , do the bearing interchange? it is the original engine thanks

No such thing as a cast crank in a 1973 slant six engine, only forged. However that does not mean the engine has not been changed to a later engine that has a cast crank. The bearings do not interchange. If you are sure you have a cast crank engine, just order bearings for a 1979 slant six.
