Engine Temp with AC Running?

I got the AC charged up, but now it looks like it is running too hot. The temp gauge is over 200 degrees at expressway speed. Is this too warm? If so, is their an easy fix? Thanks!

More info, please. What is the temperature rating of your thermostat? What is the condition of your radiator? Are you sure the engine fan is installed right way round? Does the car run hot at low speeds, too, or just on the expressway?
