Fender Tag Replacement?

Well, seems I have lost the metal fender tag from my car. You know the one that screws to the left apron. Knowing me I probably put it some place safe and now I can not find it. After ripping my shop apart seems it has gone MIA. So, I don't know if there is someone out there that would make me a replacement. If anyone knows where i can get one (if that is possible) pleeeeeeeeease shoot me message.
