Looking to get a fender from Florida to

I haven't used Greyhound in a while, but that is probably the most economical route.
I use bicycle boxes for fenders and another box to go over the area where it bolts to the
core support.

I had a fender shipped from Oregon to New York via bus. It arrived without an issue. Cheapest way to go for large items.

What if the guy will not ship

If he wants to sell it, he has to compromise. Mine was wrapped up in a moving blanket, my guy gave me a price to ship, so I agreed. Worked out well for me. Maybe meet half way? Good luck with your guy.
