Finding inner wells?

I think thats what there called?
Behind my front wheels, they would appear to have a bolt that goes to the fender to hold them on.
I can see straight through to my door hinges. I need those plastic or metal pieces that go there. I guess their inner wells? Correct me please if I am calling them the wrong thing. I don't know if this photo is good enough to show what mine is missing on both sides.

inner fender splash shields were steel in earlier models and they rusted badly. The later models had black molded plastic shields. The plastic ones will work in most models.

Oops. 1971 Valiant. I didn't know what they were called. Mine were not there when I got my car. The front fenders were replaced. But not the splash gaurds. I feel the need to put some in there.
