I ran the same set up On a 4 and 8 cyl. The way you have the tensioner I had serious belt slip. I gained boost when I used a tensioner and pushed the belt inward. This made the belt wrap around more of the pulley dia. on the blower. It made more traction. Blower cog belts don't have this problem.

Here is a pic of before and after on a 4 cyl. They sell different Diameter pulleys This was the large pulley on this car. Started with 7 lbs. at the end we were hitting 15 lbs out of this mini blower. Bought the tensioner at auto zone.

You can see on the pics I was trying different belts also.
