formula s emblem locations

i got a 68 barracuda fenders i want to weld the holes shut for the fish emblem and make new holes for a "s" emblem can anyone tell me the dimentions and how to lay out the holes and what the correct size should be

i have a formula s parts car with no emblems on it, so the mounting holes can be seen.. if you would like pics i can get some of the front fender tomorrow

Here is a shot of mine. I haven't removed them yet to get measurements. I thing the reproduction ones are stick-on???
