Previous owner was building a HEMI tribute/clone but ran out of $$ when he got to the motor...sold the car to a friend of mine...has a big wedge in it now.

Very well might be. Pretty sure Rod got the car from someone in the Pacific Northwest. Oddly enough one of Rods buddies just finished up installing a 2G HEMI in his Charger...wonder if it was the HEMI that was slated for the Cuda....next time I email Rod pictures I will ask.
