Front bolt pattern swap on sbp front disks??

I know this question has probally been asked to death , but I'm wondering what's needed to swap my factory sbp front disk brakes to lbp on my 71 Plymouth duster.
When I search for this , I mostly get people who are switching from drums to disks.

If you're comfortable with the front brakes you have, Least expensive route is adapters 5 on 4 to 5 on 4.5
