I have a 1969 Dart Custom \6.

Front:
Using the F/M-body spindles + '73-up UCA to do disc conversion. If I want to lower the front some using the torsion bar adjuster, how much can I go and keep acceptable alignment specs? These spindles are slightly taller than a-bodies, so am I already in the "offset-UCA bushing" domain? (I know factory tolerances mean every car is different, but this is a 70k, granny ride so not much abuse)

Rear:
When flipping the front leaf spring mount to lower the rear, what all is involved? Is it just a hole has to be enlarged or something? What about pinion angle changing?

Thanks

You don't need the offset bushings, in my experience, with the late spindles.

Flipping the hangers requires hole modification. Any change of this nature should probably be accompanied by a check of the pinion angle, but I've never done it.

you're raising the top ball joint a bit.
this will increase positive caster a hair...a good thing
check your toe in for any height change
