Preparing to swap a 1970 340 into a 2004 Dakota. Gathering parts now. Recently purchased a OEM NIB six pack intake, air breather assembly, and used (correct) carbs. What is the correct fuel pressure for this setup? Also looking for a Schumacher swap kit for this setup. They used to make them but only offer weld in mounts now.

I have the Carter mechanical pump on my Sixpack, it's advertised as 6.9-8.1 fuel pressure. I installed a fuel pressure regulator and could tell no difference, so removed it. Not saying that you shouldn't use one.

Same, I used the Carter MuscleCar Series and had to install a Regulator... the 7-9 P.S.I.
was Overcoming the Needle Valve.
