Fuel Tank Vent

Well, the 383 is in and running but I've got what I think is a vent line from the fuel tank and dont know what to do with it. Its kind of bothering me just sticking up in the air looking at me. Does anyone know what I should do with it or at least where I should connect it?

I put a cheap fuel filter on it then hid it.the filter helps keep the bugs out.
