funny or seemingly inappropriate car model names:
Nova in spanish can be translated as "no go"
Volare is a form of the verb "to blow up" in German
Probe sounds like something a doctor does while wearing a rubber glove
ElCamino in spanish is "walking path"
CRX (Honda) to me sounds like "see wrecks"
Accord (Honda) is just three letters away from being "accordion"
Anyone have any others?

I think El Camino also translates to "the road" which is more appropriate.
