ok. can't seem to figure this out. something was immediatley draining/shorting the battery dead went fuse by fuse and found out the radio circuit was the problem. so i pulled the fuse and car starts fine. so i can figure this out and why, where can i find a diagram that shows the fuse box and all of the connections and such. I looked at the mymopar.com diagram and it shows everything buuut the fuse box. does anyone know where i can find such diagram WITH the fuse box shown. or point the box on the my mopar wiring diagram. thanks... here's the link for the mymopar one... thanks again.

Those can be poor diagrams, but the fuse panel IS actually there, it's top top right on diagram A --the engine bay. Just the way the page divided.

A better diagram can be had in the service manuals

Here's the thread:

There's a 70 manual there I believe

This one:

The back up lamps are also on the radio fuse

(list on page 8-85)

Instrument panel is on page 8-98. Top left, very top of that page, is the radio connector. The B1-18W (no18 white) that splits off from the radio connector is the feed to the backup lamp switch. It goes to "D" down on the bulkhead connector, which connects in the engine bay with the harness going down to the neutral safety switch.
