Gas pedal changeable?

I have a 65 Dart convert and was wondering if I can change out the gas pedal for a floating one like my 68 Gts has? If possible is there a D.I.Y floating around somewheres

I used a pedal assembly from a '79 Aspen in my '64 Valiant. The only issue was attaching the bracket to the firewall, as there was a bend in the sheetmetal at that point. Since it's not visible, I just shimmed to fit. Works great.
