You bet! Every year. I have a buddy who will be crewing on a Top Fuel dragster so I can hang out in their pit. This is him getting a license pass. He is living the dream!!!

Do you think it's worth going to the Gatornationals if I can only go on Sunday?

-- Depends on how close You are etc. -- It's the finals. I prefer to go on Friday. You see all of the entries. -- I really don't care who wins, the various classes.

I have duty Saturday, we are 3+ hours away and I would get off after 07:00 AM.

-- 4 rounds = 8 machines ( 8 -- 4 -- 2 -- 1), of the nitro classes (Funny Car & Top Fuel), plus the other classes. -- Personally Super Stock, Alcohol, and the Nitro classes, are the only ones that I care about, at a National Event. -- 300+ MPH is a hoot. -- At a weekly event I like the stock classes. -- Of course, this is all based on Your preferences.
