Finally getting to the track for the first time this year. 3.91's are back in, calvert 90/10's installed. Played with the timing (bumped initial to 19 34 total) and idle mixture (all at 1 1/2). I can now mash the throttle off idle without hesitation. Best last year was 7.88. Hoping for 7.50's

race ready.

Try setting your idle mix screws using a vacuum gauge.

Best vacuum was 1 turn and it had a bog off idle transition.

Enjoy and may you run a 7.45 and have to dial it down to run 7.50 class. :burnout::colors:
We need time slips and pictures :thumleft:

Had a blast at the Test and Tune. Best run was 7.94 at 88mph 1.76 60ft. My girlfriend took pics/videos.

Looks like he got you on the light but you caught him on the far end

I was sleeping. He had two lengths on me the hole way.

The red Dakota had a 12.5 to 1 340 with a brake (sounded awesome).
He was running 8.40's because of not being used to the newly installed trans brake.

I think its in our blood to have an excuse to why our cars aren't faster. hahahaha
